Incepting the BIG IDEA and making it viral among the board & team members, Md Jubair Ahmed, one of the founding directors, is playing the role of the founding CEO and a member of the BASE Technologies’ board. Envisioning a global scale of business and with a mindset to contribute to the global society Md Jubair Ahmed has set out on a journey to take BASE Technologies to the right height.
Before co-founding BASE Technologies, Md Jubair Ahmed had his professional journey indifferent world leading tech giants including Ericsson and Huawei Technologies. Graduating from Electrical and Electronics Engineering from IUT, one of the major engineering schools, he completed his MBA from IBA, the leading business school of the country.
His plans to harness the full potential of technology and to connect people through technological innovations on a global scale are in motion. But the big idea lies in addressing the global agenda of reducing carbon emission through clean energy initiatives while ensuring the best use of technology. He dreams to live e a little better world and every action he takes for driving results, ensuring sustainability & continuous growth - are steps in achieving that
Managing Director
Proven business acumen in diversified industrial engagement including Textile, RMG, Paper to Technology with a decade old business experience made Mr. Shibli the right guardian for BASE Technologies in the capacity of Managing Director. He represents the BASE Technologies’ Board of Directors along with the other co founders. The baton of trust is bestowed upon him from the Board of Directors to guide the business together with the founding members.
Taking his professional career as a learning curve Mr. Shibli, right after pursuing his MBA from the most reputed Business School, IBA, decided to pursue his entrepreneurial dream. Inherent zeal for building something from scratch and the professional shaping took him through a successful journey in multiindustry engagements. But soon he realized that crafting a borderless future and contributing to the world at large he needs to decide on a platform, which eventually created BASE Technologies together with the other Co-Founders. His acumen, experience and sound knowledge on business as a whole contributes highly to take BASE Technologies to a higher level.
Director
A man with strong core industry personality and experience is always required to shape the fate of the business in different segments and Mr. Shaiful Islam is one of the co founding directors of BASE Technologies who contributed to its continuous success and improvements with the core industry stand point.
Mr. Shaiful always had the dreams of pursuing an ambitious career. He always strived for building a better life and a better nation and eventually becoming the partner of choice to this wonderfulpact of BASE leadership.
Mr. Shaiful completed his BSc in Electrical and Electronics from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) in 1999 and there onward took part into many local and global professional careers. All through his career he contributed building technology based service organs of the organization and became very successful professionally and the same purview contributed BASE Technologies’ initial build out and rapport creations aligning to the top industry standards
Director
Mr. Ehterab started his career as a marine professional and coming back from sea to shore he started off his entrepreneurial journey and set early examples of success in RMG and as an Internet Service Provider before he shook hands with BASE Technologies. Starting from 1995, he has been acutely involved with BASE group in developing and implementing successful strategies and plans to achieve high-revenue growth, improved profitability and sustained customer value.
His sense of business, maturity, morality and integrity gives BASE Technologies the right mindset and standard and eventuality contributes to the ultimate success. He dreams that BASE will be the “Organization of Choice” for all the job seekers who want to create a difference and he aims to create the best working environment for that.
